How do I train for the challenge?

Start your training as soon as possible and gradually build up your ability.

Download a fitness app to help keep track of your progress.

Be sure to make time for rest days. You can still keep active by going for a gentle walk.

How do I reach my fundraising target?

  • Get your fundraising started by self-donating, this is a great way to show your friends and family how committed you are.
  • Contact your closest friends and family directly and ask them to be the first to donate to you.
  • Share updates as you train for your challenge and each time you hit a milestone on social media.
  • Get your friends together by hosting a fundraising event like a virtual quiz.
  • Thank each of your wonderful donors and let them know the difference they’re making.
