By claiming a charity place for this event, you pledge to fundraise for the Scottish SPCA.
You acknowledge that it is your responsiblity to ensure you are registered with the event organiser and that you meet their requirements to take part in the event.
You acknowledge that participation in the event involves potentially strenuous physical activity and risk of personal injury. You confirm that, to the best of your knowledge, you are suitable, healthy and fit to take part in the event. You will be taking part in and completing the event at your own risk.

You are responsible for ensuring all donations raised by you from taking part in the event are paid to the Scottish SPCA (Scottish Charity No. SC 006467) and that you do this within 7 days after the event has ended. Money donated on your online fundraising page will be collected automatically by the Scottish SPCA and requires no further action from you. Other ways to pay in donations are as follows:

Over the phone by calling Scottish SPCA on 03000 999 999 (option 4) and providing details of a credit or debit card.
Cheques should be made payable to ‘Scottish SPCA’ and sent to Scottish SPCA, Kingseat Road, Halbeath, Dunfermline, Fife, KY11 8RY
