Friday 27th Aug Not long and Kaiser and I reach our taget of 40km runing by the end of this month. Now we need you guys to help us reach our taget of £120 so far we raised £52 which is absolutely wonderful and we appreciate every pound that has been raised. Thanks to everyone helped and helps us to reach our goal for a very good cause the SSPCA. Share
temporarily had to take a break from running
Thursday 5th Aug Sadly for the past while I have an infection in my lung. For people who don't know i have PCD (primary ciliary dyskinesia) which has always effected me in life and running helps me to keep my breathing clear and enables me to have deep breaths. Now due to the infection I will have to stop running to recover and get back to running as soon as most of it has cleared away and i regained full strenth. Please bare with me i will keep everyone updated and i am sure i will still make my taget this month. Thankfully it only just started and i had a good head start 😍.Not to forget this is for a very good cause. Animals need us as much as we need them!
