After a week working in London and a mild chest infection, I'm back in the game with a gentle jog this morning of 2.5km

13th August

Friday 13th Aug
Nice jog around Quarrier's Village. Passed 30km!

Off to London on Sunday to take a week of workshops at British Youth Opera. Running will take a back seat until next weekend. See you then!

11th August

Wednesday 11th Aug
5.42 km - my longest run yet! Up the cycle track, down the road and a couple of times round Birkmyre Park. Proud of myself!

8th August

Sunday 8th Aug
A gentle jog round Quarrier's Village. A stop at the river for Ben to go swimming.

7th August

Saturday 7th Aug
The longest run yet! 4.63 kms! Up the cycle path, along the road and into Birkmyre Park. Really pleased with the number of kilometres covered in the first week. 

5th August

Thursday 5th Aug
Short run on a new path I discovered in Quarriers Village. Rain gently falling.

Wednesday 4th Aug
Short run around the Knapps - the Kilmacolm lake. Very warm morning!

3rd August

Tuesday 3rd Aug
Overcast and cool this morning. Perfect weather for running. 3.32 km today around Birkmyle Park and nearby roads.

Monday 2nd Aug
A lovely run round Quarrier's Village. 3.36km run with just a brief stop to take these photos.

1st August

Sunday 1st Aug
First run today in the Pound for Paws challenge for SSPCA. A beautiful, sunny day in Kilmacolm, with a cooling breeze. I ran over the fields by our house with Ben keeping me company. 4km is a good start!
